Here is the first in a weekly(ish) series of video tips taken from my new book, The M-factor: media confidence for business leaders and managers. I often meet people who have such a negative view of the media that they try to avoid talking to journalists altogether, and if forced to, their aim tends to be to ‘close down’ each question as soon as possible. It’s such a defensive approach, and it means you never build up relationships with the media.
